We went Saturday night at 6:30 and was pleasantly surprised. This is a very nice and very clean restaurant. The layout is not wide inside but very long with plenty of dining room. Nice tables and booths. Very quiet with enough TVs to keep you updated with what sports are going on.

The food selection is excellent and the complementary chips were warm and the salsa tasty.
The Mrs had the "Nacho Maracas" a very large portion of chips, refried beans, steak, grilled onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, cheese and a side bowl of queso.
She absolutely loved it and had to share it with me because of the size. $7.99
I had the "EL BIG Mamburrito" And the name says it all. This thing was huge. Tortilla filled with cheese, black beans, grilled fajita veggies, grilled chicken and topped with chili sauce, salsa verde and queso. I had a side bowl of guacamole and sour cream. They didn't even charge me for them. $9.29
With her two Margaritas. The total with tip was under 40 Dollars.

The quality of the food is superb and we will go back.

The only knock that I would give them is the front door entrance. The man was on the phone when we arrived and he did not show us whether we should wait on him or seat ourselves. The lack of a sign makes it tough to know. No biggie.
The three ladies working seemed to be rushed because of more people arriving as it was getting later in the dinning hour. We mentioned to our server that she seemed spread pretty thin and was doing a good job at trying to keep up.

We've been there a couple times (and the previous places that have been in that location) - it was ok, but I wasn't really blown away - probably getting too picky in my old age.  For similar prices/food, I like Compadre's out there in the boonies (BA).  But, don't think I would ever be disappointed at the food to price value rating for Fiesta Mambo, so that's a good thing.  They seem to be intermittently very busy at times.

Just to the left of them (north) a few doors down, is a new place that we haven't been to yet.  Took the place of Angus Inn Steakhouse.

I don't share my thoughts because I think it will change the minds of people who think differently.  I share my thoughts to show the people who already think like me that they are not alone.
