Drove by today and it seems University Wash has closed. Folks are painting a nice mural on the west side of the building and it appears the front of the entire building has been removed of any prior businesses signage.

Any idea what's going on/ going in?

University of Wash is under new ownership and they're totally remodeling the place.  They're hoping to open late January.  They even have a Facebook page to keep people updated on their progress - I can't get on FB at work, or I'd post a link.  ;)
