What makes this restaurant unique:  Established restaurant which used to be in the Blue Dome District, now moved to the Pearl District (where the Phoenix used to be).  Great refurbished building at 6th and Peoria with ample parking just to the west across Peoria.  For now, serving breakfast/brunch and lunch (sandwiches).  Cocktails, wine and beer (draft Marshall's, Coop, Prairie and Dead Armadillo available).  Completely remodeled from Phoenix, utilitarian and loud (many hard surfaces).  Servers were all attentive and well-trained.  Good place for brunch (opens at 8:00am).  No Happy Hour yet but probably coming in the future as they extend to evening hours.
