US 169 and HW 20 Development in Owasso

It looks like the 169 / HW 20 development is getting closer to starting.  They updated their web site with a new site plan.  Anyone know whats going in there besides the Reaser's and the two other small things announced.

The plat show a pretty large business on the south end with out being able to see the scale I am hoping that is not the Reaser's but a Sam's or a Costco or something like that and of course a Best Buy would be nice.


Also does anyone know anything about the new Chinese restaurant over by Home Depot?  It looks like it is pretty large.
