Cameras Banned In City Hall

While a Tulsa Indy Gazetter freelance reporter tried to take a picture of the United Way donation thermometer displayed on a wall near the City of Tulsa cashier stations, a guard told him no cameras allowed.  But, he was allowed to carry a rather large messenger bag onto the ninth floor.
