I see that there is a discussion of the upcoming proposals about charter changes.

It will be at All Souls Unitarian Church.

Former Mayor and Professor in the Department of Human Relations at OU-Tulsa, Rodger Randle,  will discuss the proposed changes in our City Council Charter coming to a vote this spring.
