Plans for a new Mall??

I was just wondering about something. (And if someone has already talked about this, sorry).

I've been hearing that West Tulsa is about to experience a HUGE growth, somewhere along the growth that south Tulsa has/is experiencing.

With this new growth to the West, are there any plans to build a new Mall out in the West metro?

Woodland Hills and Promenade Mall are pretty much in central/south central Tulsa, so I'm sure if West Tulsa grows like some say it will, everyone on the West might not want to fight the traffic to go to Promenade and Woodland.

With Eastland Mall on the verge of closing, that leaves a growing/expanding city/metro area with two malls within five miles of each other.

Thoughts?
