Has this happened to anyone else?

Here's one for the computer experts.

I work via VPN from home, and occasionally I lose my connection. Whenever that happens, I often look at the VPN log. This time, I see the following:

2      13:56:11.288  06/09/06  Sev=Warning/2   IKE/0xA3000062
Attempted incoming connection from 66.142.195.53. Inbound connections are not allowed.

The location is Tulsa, downtown. My question is this. Does this mean that someone from the Tulsa area is attempting to hack into my computer? I'm not a computer dimwit but this I do not know and would appreciate your help.
