Elliot Nelson is opening a new Mexican place in the Bad Girls location, it's going to have a rooftop patio and is planned to open in November or December.

About Studio 310, is someone really going to want to live in the lofts above a dance club? How is Sager going to resolve the noise issue there now that he is redoing the upper floors of that building into lofts?
