Do city employees still get to take their city vehicles home even when they don't live in Tulsa?

If so (and it must be true) what are the boundaries in which they have to stay?  And wouldn't the city save some money with gas being the way it is, to require these people to use their own transportation.  Or is that just a penalty that is relegated to hoi polloi?

Also, I would like to commend the TPD for stepping up and doing their part to help the shortfall on the arena funding.
