Creek Nation Casino

So I drive by here everyday to and from school and work (81st and Riverside). Recently, to the south of 81st along Riverside Drive, they've been tearing down trees across that little bridge near the casino parking lot. It looks like this work is extending to about 1/4 mile to the bend in the road. They clear out more and more everyday and I have no clue what they're doing this for but I assume, as with everything else in Tulsa, its for development.

Can anyone tell me what they're planning on doing in this area??

Personally, I hope if it has anything to do with the casino, that they build an even larger one in this strip of land. Its more location savvy than Cherokee Nation's casino out in the middle of nowhere..but if it has nothing to do with the casino, im very interested to hear what they plan on doing next..
