In search of Tulsa recipes

The choir of Trinity Episcopal Church is putting together a cookbook to help us raise funds for our upcoming tour of England (in August 2007).  I am looking for recipes unique to Tulsa, especially recipes from Tulsa restaurants that are, unforunately, no longer with us.  Some examples:

• S & J Oyster
• Middle Path Cafe
• Golden Drumstick
• The Ramekin
• Tulsa Club
• Peking Garden

Or how about Tulsa Public Schools' Bean Chowder?  Or Webster High School's Cinnamon Rolls?
