AEP/PSO/Asplundh Property Damage

Does anyone else have any experience with Asplundh damaging personal property while working under contract with AEP/PSO.  
I recently had a discussion with an Asplundh supervisor who all of a sudden "No Habla Ingles" when I pointed out the damage to my parents driveway and fencing.

I called AEP/PSO and got voicemail and no call back from them over a week.

That is the forestry department. The people who hire asplundh. There are quite a few who don't speak english but the high-level people all do.

FYI speaking spanish does not illegal make. I don't understand what shadows, aoxmama, or cubs are talking about half the time and I've never turned them in. []
