Now that is absolutely wrong, the earth is just no longer in a cooling mode.[;)]

Inhofe is an idiot!

I also feel that Inhofe's statement was an embarrassing moment for our State.

As a lead Republican though, his mention will remain to protect corporate interests today, regardless of the cost down the road.

This is now Inhofe's sole card to play: his vocal and critical support of CAFTA, ushering in the GOP-killing Highway Bill (and subsequent defense of the 'bridge-to-nowhere'), refusal to take the Abu Gharaib situation seriously (rembember 'outraged by the outrage'?), employing his son to do the voice-over attack ads during Coburn's primary, apparently sleeping through his Armed Services Committee meetings.  All he has left is 'global warming' (OH! and the Cloture Vote! Tell us that story again, pops, please!)

Hey, Sully, when is the next press release coming out? Wait let me guess: September of '08, when you declare the solution for issue BLAH BLAH?  You wanna loan your Chief of Staff to another GOP in trouble?

Inhofe and Sullivan have won their battles but lost the war: instead of leading they followed, instead of listening they demagogued, instead of sounding the alarm for their GOP brethren they remained silent.

BLAH BLAH BLAH, Jim, BLAH BLAH BLAH, Sully.

Don't forget about Inhofe saying even a month ago how things were going sooooooooo well in Iraq -- despite tons of evidence to the contrary.

Because of Inhofe's stupidity on this, he's going to be vulnerable. Iraq's still going to be a big issue in 2008, mainly because you know the president isn't going to do jacksh*t about it.

Bush has "leaving is losing" syndrome, and he's going to let someone else clean up his mess -- just like he's done all his life.

Thanks! That is right! 'Miraculous' was the word he used.  Miraculous will be the successful extraction of our troops if the wheels come off the situation there.

Conan the Barbarian rocks.

Conan the Destroyer, not too bad.

But that, is another story...
