Is going to be replaced by a new building soon pending approval of the design.

There will most certainly have to be some sort of landscaping done at 14th Street. Either that, or traffic control....

You can't see to turn on to Denver as it is now..

it better be multistory.

One design finalist is, the other is not.

The multistory version reminds me of the Gillette-Tyrell Building except in red brick and only 2 stories. If that makes any sense.

The single story version looks somewhat similar to the old Fire Alarm Building, except again in red brick.

Does anyone have renderings (or links) of the two finalists??  I'd really like to see some.

Ummm...yeah. Right.

They are a small credit union. Currently operating in just over 2200 sq ft of space. I don't really think they need a 10+ story building, nor could they afford to build one.
