I dragged on that one I got a while back.  Emailed them 5 or 6 times and then offered to express mail  them the cashiers check...  I told them I needed $38.50 to express mail it.  When they offered to send me the money I couldnt think of a way to get it to me without giving an address or some other way they could ID me.  So I let the whole thing go...

Oh to of had a random forwarding PO box in Chicago.
