Annual Pew Research study on the popularity of the US.  Surprising, most countries still have a favorable view of the United States.  Germany makes it into the top 10 United States haters and Turkey tops the list by a long shot.  Both of those surprised me...

Seven out of eight people dislike Turkey.

I like it with cranberry sauce.
Power is nothing till you use it.

What a weird poll.  Who has sufficient knowledge of the Ivory Coast and Ghana to give it a rating -- one way or the other?  The results seem to assume everyone has a view.

Kuwait split down the middle?! Didn't we save their butts a mere 15 years ago?

Ummm... they polled people in those countries and asked them their view of the United States.  One would assume those in the Ivory Coast have sufficient knowledge OF the Ivory Coast to make that call.  The result have been culled to reflect relevant views... ambivalence is presumably culled as useful.   Feel free to review the website and their methodology if you so chose.

The poll published in the TW placed Germany on the top of the list of disliking the US.   One could connect this to the standing army we have maintained there since W.W.ll.  Then also it was a German that put the atomic bomb in our hands.   A German made an age in space for us.  Now in attacking the weakening dollar they are striking back to our most secrete god.

Greenspan hints very strongly that Saddam had to go because he was trying to fix the price of oil,  He would connect the wars in the gulf as those to control the source of oil.

UE attacks the devaluing dollar in the trade war we are in with purchases on credit.  Their Euro has replaced the dollar which is showing more stability whereas they are trying to prop up the dollar to protect their extended credit.

The broad currency exchange has made the wheat, we were going to make fuel out of, such a bargain it is being bought up in large tonnages by the East.  This will cause a strain on the local purchases of food as the price increases to the citizens.

Like nearly all of the East we have outdistanced our supply lines in  three of the wars we have tried  to fight.  We are trying to bring the our ideals of traditions into a land where their traditions have prevailed over the centuries in time.

Our neighbors to the North and South are straining our economy to where economist are talking about its collapse, just awaiting a space in time.

We have become an aggressive nation seeking another conquest that Europe and the East has been subjected to many times.

How much popularity do you think we are entitled to?
Today we stand in ecstasy and view that we build today'
Tomorrow we will enter into the plea to have it torn away.

Cannon, I think your statistics are slanted in our favor.  Since shortly after Bush came into office we have been the target of constant ridicule and criticism from Latin American countries.  Listen to the news anchors on Mexican news broadcasts.  Anyway, did you know that the U.S. is frequently caricatured as a "female business woman" in Latin American countries?

I've always been perplexed by the popularity we manage to garner.  But the United States is a Cancer and the popularity of Cancers has always perplexed me as well.  Despite being known for moodiness and constantly changing moods, people love Cancers because they are reflective and people see themselves in Cancer.
