TU organization Earth Matters is sponsoring a forum concerning river development and the upcoming vote today, Oct. 4, at 7 PM in Keplinger Hall room M8.  Join our panelists for discussion concerning the pros and cons of developing along the Arkansas River.  Coffee and refreshments will be served.
