Unlike OHP, TPD isnt blaming the victim in the lates U-turn related accident.

Police say the officer was attempting to make a u-turn when the driver of a Ford Focus coming over a hill didn't see the officer and hit the car.

“There's no way if you are driving a vehicle that you can see lights or anything coming over the crest of that hill.� a TPD spokesman said.
