I hope someone "in-the-know" answers about the store.  Laverna's is the only responsive answer I know, but it is in Krebs.

I think that's the name of the grocery store I commented about on the first page of this thread.

As for Italian grocery food items, you can always check Petty's.

The best Italian grocery I've seen, bar none, is Viviano & Sons in St. Louis, on The Hill, of course.

Fortunately, they also do mail-order. But it's worth a stop if you're in the area.
