During the last mayoral election there were Taylor signs all over the place.  I bet there won't be next time.  I had one back then, but won't next time.

District 1 to Taylor.  You have failed us.

Go Henderson!

Kathy better get all her Republican friends to Register as Democrats, because that is her only chance of winning the primary as a Democrat next time. Maybe that's why the usual suspects are pushing non-partisan elections?

HA! Like who would be her challenger? Ya'll have better chance deposing Sullivan as Mayor Taylor.

And let the money bags try and buy a few Council seats.  What is the big deal?

Anyone who thinks Taylor is toast isn't paying attention.

The Oklahoma Poll indicated an approval rating well over 50 percent with low disapproval numbers, and that was BEFORE the ice storm. Even her enemies admitted that her performance during that crisis was excellent.

Well Bear... you don't have to follow the money here..

hope he turns out to be a good guy...

This is a done deal.

The most telling thing about Bynum is that he is touting his experience under Coburn and the knowledge he gained from that on how to work the legislative process to his advantage. Which IMO translates to- I know how to screw over my constituents and make them think I'm actually helping them somehow. D9 be afraid, be very afraid.

I am having a hard time understanding why Bynum has collected so much in contributions while his opposition is Tay and Lowery? Its overkill. I know Lowry, I am familiar with Tay and though I have a fair amount of admiration for each of them, they aren't D9 council material. Why is this money flowing to him in such volume?

One would think it is money meant to function as a "letter of introduction", a ticket to the grand ball.

Yep.  Just imagine if Lowry shellacks Bynum, 52-48, like the River Tax.  [:D]
