Well, looks like MarkK has taken his offer off the table AFTER a good guess by moi and an even a better stab by In2neon! Yes, Pescioco. Had totally forgotten that identity. I think he used that as his legal name.

yes, I took it off the table, but not because anyone got it right.  I was referring to an incident involving Mr. Shore's front lawn and lots of car gas caps.
