Here's what I need... All of this for downtown Tulsa

The Greater Tulsa Chamber http://ww3.tulsachamber.com/general.asp?id=192 , the one downtown, and INCOG http://www.incog.org/CEDS%20Web/demographics.htm are suppose to have those accurate stats. Universities as well might have comparable numbers to insure reliability. You use to be able to get many demagraphics from http://profiles.nationalrelocation.com/Oklahoma/Tulsa/. Grubb and Ellis and CBRE property companies also.....

Incog is going to have traffic info, crime can be had from TPD's site, CBRE will have office data and a lot of the rest can be had from the census
