Coupons

Since I moved to Tulsa last year, I have received in my mailbox a large amount of coupons.  I get a big thing of coupons twice a week.  Is this a Tulsa thing?  I do live in a large apartment complex, does that have anything to do with it?  I don't use the coupons, and sometimes I get so many coupons that I'm afraid that I'm accidently going to throw away some important mail that somehow got mixed up with the coupons.  Is there any way to opt out of these UNSOLICITED mailings?  They're wasting their money, my time, and it's not good for the environment.  I have a really small mailbox, and it's so annoying to have to dig through the coupons to get my mail.

Both.  I can live with the valpak, but the Wednesday grocery ads are what I wish I could opt out of.
