whats up at 11th/Harvard

been noticing some kind of new construction project on the southeast corner between the old Golden Pawn and cattycorner by Harvard Liquor..heard someone say  something about a Starbucks there but with all the news about Starbucks closing a bunch of stores down, what up? any clue?

Do you have any additional information about this school? My stepdaughter will be applying to dentistry schools this year and it would be terrific to have her in Tulsa.

That is if it is accredited and doesn't suck.

Does TU own it?  Looks like they're building a "TU Fence" around it. Prime retail space on Rt. 66 across from a college, and the best we get is fenced off parking?

I thought the same thing, but I have heard no indication with my TU contacts that it is a TU lot.  Likewise, it would be odd for them to renovate a lot at this corner when they own most of the East side of Harvard directly across from campus.  So I don't think so...  but I really do not know for sure.

Called University of Tulsa Physical Plant, they had to do a little checking with so many projects going on but:

Wow thanks for the info guys...Just thinking a real dentistry school or for dental techs? So much for the rumors I heard..

Yeah another bar idea, we got Ed's and the Buc..any word on the new place "The Collective"

I stopped by the collective with my family.  Nice place.  Half coffee shop mixed with the Atlas Grill and have low-key bar (with Marshall on tap).  The owner was very nice and everything is Tulsa themed.
