In October and May the art world gathers in New York.  The museums and galleries host their best shows.  The auction houses hold their most important auctions.  Collectors and art world insiders flock to New York to partake.

It doesn’t hurt that the weather in New York in October and May is picture perfect.

My guess is that Tulsa probably has a serious collector or maybe two that will attend.  There are probably a number of local gallery and museum professionals that will make the trip.  If anyone is going and has room to spare I’d love to tag along.

In fact I’d love to hear about any private collections in Tulsa.  But be careful to leave out names and locations because of the security issues involved.

Of course the space is available on the way out.  Depends on how many $50mm works of art I buy this year as to how much space I'll have coming back.  How strong is your back?

See that girls?  Give them an inch and they take a mile.

We’re going to have to send this puppy back to obedience school.
