Did Barack Obama lie in the debate last night?

If you're going waste my time, expect ridicule for it.  In fact, I don't remember even talking to you before you decided to start yip-yapping.

Dude, my nephew could do worse to you verbally than you ever could to me.

You lost my respect the moment you spoke of my mother.

But I like prodding the obnoxious needle with you.  It's fun to watch you get riled up.  It's a guilty pleasure, I guess.

But I'm done with you now.  And while I could put you on ignore, I won't.  Because sometimes, out of the chasm of a head of yours, you do make sense when you're not parroting right wing talking points.

Dude?  You've got to be kidding me, who uses the word dude?

I have no doubt your nephew is brighter than you.  It's a pity he's not posting for you instead.

Have fun talking to yourself Hoss.

Obama still lied.  When McCain said Obama wanted to spread the wealth around that was a true statement.  Like I said before, Obama shook his head no as if McCain was the one lying when it was, in fact, Barack Obama. What you posted did not change this fact.

When McCain said Obama wanted to raise Joe's business taxes that was also true based on the income of the business Joe wants to buy.

All the other stuff in between was hypothetical fluff talk how Joe would have been better off had Obama been president instead of Bush or Clinton.  I can see why Fox edited that stuff out - it had no bearing on the issue at hand and that was how Barack Obama will tax small business making over a certain amount more.

Obama also said in the debate someone at the Palin rally yelled "kill him" (meaning Obama).  But the Secret Service said that didn't happen.  I guess Obama took one reporter's statement that was repeated by the left-leaning media without having his secret service men double check with McCain's secret service men to see if there was any truth to it.  The Secret Service investigated and found nothing.

And for the record, I'm not a Republican.

Guess what?

Joe the Plumber lied also.

His name is really Robert (even if his middle name is Joe)

He isn't buying the business he talks about.

He makes in the income range where the tax cuts would affect him.

He owes back taxes

He called Obama 'Sammy Davis Jr'.

He got his fifteen minutes.

Good night and good luck.

Whatever anyone else says, I've seen the video.

I did disagree with the presentation around the video blasting Palin for not saying anything. It was enough in the background I wouldn't be surprised if she didn't hear the statement or couldn't understand it, but "kill him" was most certainly what was screamed. IIRC, it happened more than once on different days, but maybe I'm conflating other outrageous screams heard at McCain and Palin's events.

"The agent in charge of the Secret Service field office in Scranton said allegations that someone yelled "kill him" when presidential hopeful Barack Obama's name was mentioned during Tuesday's Sarah Palin rally are unfounded.

The Scranton Times-Tribune first reported the alleged incident on its Web site Tuesday and then again in its print edition Wednesday. The first story, written by reporter David Singleton, appeared with allegations that while congressional candidate Chris Hackett was addressing the crowd and mentioned Obama's name a man in the audience shouted "kill him."

News organizations including ABC, The Associated Press, The Washington Monthly and MSNBC's Countdown with Keith Olbermann reported the claim, with most attributing the allegations to the Times-Tribune story.

Agent Bill Slavoski said he was in the audience, along with an undisclosed number of additional secret service agents and other law enforcement officers and not one heard the comment."

"I was baffled," he said after reading the report in Wednesday's Times-Tribune.

If this story true and it is unfounded but yet there's a video with someone yelling "kill him" then perhaps one of the left-media added those words to the video.

Why would the secret service say it is unfounded when there is a video of it???  I don't get it.

Because the secret service doesn't give a **** and don't want to look like fools.

You must have an enormous tinfoil hat on, though. Saying the media put in the "kill him" comment on the video. [}:)]
