Not really.

But I'll answer conan for you.

If Obama was white, this guy would whip McCain's donkey.  Landslide whip I tell you.  I hate to be the one to say it, but it's true.  Even if he did have the same name.  The fact that he is black will hamper him horribly south of the Mason/Dixon line.

Ignore it all you want, this country is still racist in the general term.

I think if he was white, Hillary would've won.

Impossible to know for sure, but just my prediction.

Wow. That's some seriously small hole you've stuck your head into. I'm talking about McCain, not Obama. Every time I make some observation about his campaign or his personal foibles all you guys do is question Obama & co. Tit for tat is dying out. It wouldn't matter if it was Paul Tay he was running against, McCain mishandled this election. The three items I listed explain why Obama has this race to lose. Partly bad luck, partly history catching up with him, partly bad timing at being part of an older generation.

Gallup moving from 12 to 10 is not tightening up, its noise. All major creditable polls show no unexpected tightening and high single digits to double digit leads. More importantly, 370 is a possibility. I hope the Republicans and conservatives keep your attitude guys. It guarantees 8 years and a solid chance at catching up with the rest of the world. (Except for Oklahoma of course).

And nice try to blame any future failures on a candidate and a party that hasn't even won yet. Now that's just sour grapes and it stinks. Your support for the American system is admirable (sarcasm). I thought Reagan and the Bushes were the wrong choices at the time but I at least gave them credit for having put together plans, developed good campaign strategy and cultivating a strong group of motivated supporters. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they were all catastrophic economically for the country. Their base did well though and were ecstatic. So they got to write the history. Good for them. Those of us who were adults at the time know better.

Conservatism and Republicans have got to find a better way to promote themselves than to contrast themselves to a figment they contrived and labelled, "the most liberal senator" in the country. People saw him, listened to him and realized it was just one more lie coming from the right. Party on Fox boys and girls!

Hi Pot.  Or are you Kettle this week?

I'm the one whose candidate is up by 8-12%[;)]
