Riverwalk Crossing III

Just wondering if the Riverwalk Crossing was open yet or if they are still in construction...the website said that it was supposed to open late October this year, but the pictures showed that it was still in construction.  I have no idea how old the pictures were.  Does anyone know?


Also, has anyone heard any more information about the Kings Landing project?
