I read where the city didn't move their law library and are going to rely on the internet libraries for researching cases.  This allows the printout in minutes of cases that would require days to research. Course they still hire outside lawyers.

One may be able to find a program on internet to print copies to scan of forum answers and free one up from having to type the staff's answers.

When we have developed machines that surpass the human brain in recalling facts and take what is predicted to have one half of the world attorneys to decipher the intent of the simple words written into a rule of law, requiring tons of paper we are in the "Twilight Zone" and it is time to turn the volume up on the theme introduction.
