Will they be in their travel bus and which bridges will they cross? I'd like to catch a souvenir.
Great to hear another good show's coming to town.

There are some folks I know who said the BOK would never bring in big name events and were quite sure of themselves. I'd like to take this opportunity to LMAO at them.

Pretty exciting. Can't wait to see who opens. The Hold Steady is opening up for them for a few shows earlier in the tour. Oh man, that would be awesome.

FWIW:
Dave Matthews Band in Tulsa: Fri 10/02/09
Seems to be a massive tour this year:
Kansas City Little Rock Dallas Albuquerque
To name the towns immediately around us. Kansas City, Little Rock and Tulsa within a week. Not that it is a problem with Dave Matthews, but it is nice to see a regional draw.

One of my favorite Futurama lines:
Nibblonian: You are the last hope of the universe.
Fry: So I really am important? How I feel when I'm drunk is correct?
Nibblonian: Yes - except the Dave Matthews Band doesn't rock.

Finally, the BOK gets a band that lies somewhere in between Fleetwood Mac and Slipknot!

Willie Nelson and Family is the opener. Not excited about that at all. What a let down.

Since when have people let the opening act decide whether or not they attended a concert? Hell, I drove all the way to Austin TX to see NIN back in 1995 when they were opening for David Bowie. Guess what? I don't like David Bowie. We left after NIN was done, and so did about half the crowd. NIN was worth the 7.5 hr drive and the 175 dollars in tickets. Somehow I doubt fans of DM will care who the opener is.
