TU unveils plans for stadium athletic complex

Not the largest of projects; yet still, another great improvement to a local university.

[Maybe with the removal of the north-end bleachers, the stadium won't seem as empty.]

"The 30,000 square foot complex will be built at a cost of between $7-8 million, and it begins phase one of the renovation of Skelly Stadium."
