The West Stares into the Abyss
By Ullrich Fichtner in Wardak province, Afghanistan

Afghanistan is on the brink of chaos: That is the stark message from local leaders, the US military and development workers in the troubled country. The elected government, they warn, can no longer compete with the Taliban.

India, Pakistan, and Iran.... what are we doing there? More Americans were killed by Mexican Narco terrorists last year than died in Gani.

No, President Obama has allready said that Afghanistan will be his major focus in The War on Terror 'Overseas Contingency Operation.'

He took bold steps yesterday by, well, renaming it the 'Overseas Contingency Operation.' . . . And to imply that he is going to be blamed for a less then equitable outcome is downright un-American.  He is working very hard, and has the worlds most elite military 'organized motivators' at is service.

He is making it a point to increase the strength and numbers of troups 'aggressive uniformed negotiators' in Afghanistan.  He has assured Hamid Karzai the the US will continue to support them in the ground war 'terrain mediation' against the Taliban 'bearded and bewildered'.

Give him a chance, and if failure 'resolution difficulty' is imminent, you know that this should be blamed on Bush anyway, just like blaming 911 on Clinton.

Give me a break FOTout.  You know the blame game.

Shame on Rip, Gaspar.

For a mere moment he forgot just how clever the big cheese is.....

After eight years of mindlessness, it's hard to get one's arms around the concept of having a leader who understands the possible consequences of his decisions.

"You are often confronted with bad choices that flow from less than optimal decisions made a year ago, two years ago, five years ago, when you weren't here," Obama said. "A lot of times, when things land at my desk, it's a choice between bad and worse." POTUS Barack Obama
thanks to George Bush and the republicans!

Your quote is based on the theory that time is linear.  There are still some scientists that dispute this.

Time is a circle, space is a curve.

WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama plans to dispatch additional U.S. troops plus hundreds of civilian advisers in hopes of turning around a faltering war in Afghanistan and will recommend increasing aid to neighboring Pakistan so long as leaders there confront militancy, people familiar with the forthcoming plan said Thursday.

Told you he would take care of it.
