I attended both the dowtown (KFAQ) and LaFortunate Park (KRMG) tea parties today. Excellent turn out and very entertaining. At the LaFortune party, Tulsa Troof was out in force (approx. 4 people), but corraled behind yellow tape and buffered by police.

I'm just wondering where the assholes behind this were when Bush was running up his trillions in debt? Or is it not actually about debt and more about partisan BS?

Let's discuss the things you pay taxes for that make you grateful.

%40 goes to the Military and the devil is grateful for our security.

He just wishes the military would become more efficient which means Jim Inhofe needs to be retired.

That's a very fair point.  Bush's fiscal policy deserved to be attacked at least as much as Obama's.  Well, fiscal policy or lack thereof.

However, as I understand it that CNBC rant really touched off the whole thing.  A bit of a catalyst to get the ball rolling perhaps.  That and a recession generally sparks outrage at government spending.  So long as I "got mine" I don't care how much the government takes . . .

Here is what the illustrious Fox'er said about the Tulsa Teabag party he attended

"Here's another live mic moment with Fox reporter John Gibson, who couldn't wait to get out of his duties at Fox's Tulsa tea bag party. When a curious onlooker tells him to take off his jacket and stay awhile, Gibson tells him that he's trying to get "out of here fast — the second this is over, I'm on vacation."

Why does that sentence sound vaguely dirty?

This forum really hates conservatives.  I was protesting taxes and spending the same when Bush was in office.  It is just more popular and growing now because of the economic collapse.

This forum doesn't hate conservatives. I don't hate conservatives. I hate hypocrites. If you're not one of 'em, good on you, but perhaps you should reconsider surrounding yourself with them. You're liable to get some paint on you from the broad brush I'm stroking. ;)

You don't get it. In this forum, bashing Bush:  Good. Bashing Obama: Bad. It's the same folks, all the time. Do or say anything negative about Obama, out comes his love crew: RW, Nate, the dooshbag FOTD/aox (or whatever other name he goes by), and soocer punk. Don't take it personally.

As for where the assholes were during the Bush administration, well here's one:

I don't believe any of those are tea baggers, but thanks for playing.

Oh I get it know, it's matters what people are protesting and not who they are protesting. And that clever "tea bagging" knock gets funnier and funnier every time you and others say it. I am rolling on the floor right now laughing to the point I am in tears. I mean really, where do you get your material? I can be this funny too, like how you and other President Pantywaist spooners are "doosh bagging" (intentionally misspelled) when they criticize those that take to the streets and protest.

I really enjoyed the old lady's sign that read "Tea Bags from an Old Bag Afraid for her Country...Our freedoms are being attacked. Save our Constitution!

I have a feeling this self proclaimed "Old bag" hasn't been paying much attention for the past 8 years.  Only now our freedoms are under attack.

These "teabaggers" are just as bad as any globalization, WTO protesters.

So KRMG and KFAQ are somehow "grassroots"?  When I hear all the bellyaching and angst over the "liberal" mainstream media... can we talk about the Conservative Activist Radio Media???

Buehler?  Buehler?

Here's a grassroots activist for ya:
