Last night on KJRH's 10:00pm local news, they stated they'd be doing the full digital transition at 9:05am this morning. I was watching then and they remained on for about 5 more minutes, then nothing.

Figure something blew in the process, perhaps on a tower, which may be difficult to get to in the current thunderstorms.

They're still out almost 2 hrs later, so must be more than a minor issue.

We had some microbursts blow manhole covers out of the ground downtown this morning. Could it be weather related?

The weather wasn't occurring at the time they went off, at least locally.....not to say there wasn't ANY weather.

Their "full transition" might have included a change in frequency?  You might have to recode your box to get it over the air.

Did recode the converter box.

Had them for awhile.

UPDATE: Did another rescan and found them on channel 8 RF, moved from channel 10. Guess they were a little late doing the switch and my first rescan set the old channel again.

I have been watching KJRH nonstop since about 10:30 with no problem.
