The Tulsa Development Authority names O.C. Walker II as its Executive Director.
Walker previously worked eight years as a city planner for the City of Tulsa, and worked for the past two years as Senior Planner for the City of Broken Arrow.

Walker is a graduate of Langston University with a bachelor's degree in construction management. He also attended the University of Oklahoma, where he earned his master's degree in architectural/urban design.
