Tulsa County Election Board and STYLE

Tried to email the Tulsa Co Election Board from their website link at:

Selecting the "email" link in the top bar menu fails.
Checking the link properties shows its' link to be:

mailto:?body=Hi, check out this article: http://www.tulsacounty.org/TulsaCounty/dynamic.aspx?id=640&subject=Election+Board&subject=Election Board

...which fails to work.

I was going to suggest they rename the links on their Sample Ballot page to associate the various ballots with their particular District.

"Style" doesn't quite do it for me.
