Saw a great blues band Saturday night (09/05) at Cody's Boat Bar on the Riverwalk, but didn't catch the band's name. The singer mentioned it at one point, but it was long and wordy, and we were a few beers in... We asked a bartender working that night what the name was and he couldn't remember it either. I've exhausted all kinds of other options using the internet to search for them--checked out Cody's Boat Bar websites and none of the bands listed to play that night match up. I can't even find a phone number to call the bar and ask who was playing. I really want to see them again, so if anyone has any idea who this might have been, I'd love to hear about it! All the guys had long hair and beards, gave off a really laid back vibe and their singer reminded me of Ben Harper or Amos Lee...beautiful voice. They played all original music, aside from one JJ Cale song, in the time we were there. Sound familiar to anyone?

Pick up an Urban Tulsa Weekly, should have the band schedule at all bars.

You might try calling Cody's and asking them?

Would like to. Can't find a phone number.

I've seen it. Doesn't offer any helpful info.

Might be able to send them a message and find out the name of the band. Am sure it is run by staffers.
Thank you,
