Seeing how the thread starter is an attorney, I wonder what would happen if in the middle of the of the judge reading his or her verdict or issuing a statement, that one of the counselors blurted out 'you're a liar'.

I have questions:

1.  How do you enforce that?
2.  Who is the enforcement agency?
3.  What is the punishment?
4.  Where do they buy it?
5.  When they don't have it and show up at an ER as a result of a wreck, are they denied treatment?
6.  Who pays for the treatment when they don't have insurance?

Good line of questioning.  Extra question though, undocumented aliens are leery of any gov't contact for fear of deportation.  Will there be some sort of amnesty bill which gets tied to this?

What is an affordability credit and how is such related to EMTALA?  If there is no such relation, how are medical costs reduced if illegals are still using our ER's as their primary care?

Keep clicking, Conan, people may not understand your reference.  There are a bunch of them, but I think I found the one you were referencing (about the Labrador)...

And I'm thinking of getting my Mother a Yorkie or a Jack Russell (now called a Parsons Terrier for some reason).  I've never had a Yorkie but I did have a Jack.  How are the Yorkie's dispositions?
