Dirt is moving....I've asked WM employees but they're not saying anything...ignorance or truth?

A panda house restaurant (or something like that) is going on to the site to the east of their main driveway off of 21st.

I saw on the construction wire today that Panda Express is building a new restaurant in Broken Arrow as well.  I didn't think they'd re-populated the Panda population well enough for us to be eating them.
