Oh I am certain that every penny of that $220 billion is for the surge and not for losers sucking on the government's teet, like this one:

And at the same time, 7.9% jump in jobs.  Not counting the temporary service companies they have been booming for 6 months - have even had a couple call me, of all people!  Can't find enough people to work for low wages and no benefits.  Another excuse for more imports from other countries.
