Despite the appearance of their logo, I'm sure the Community Action Project does not support such behavior.

I love concept cars, especially from the 50's & 60's.  Something real similar to the red electric car was displayed at the Tulsa State Fair around '73 or '74.  First mobile phones though were more like something contained in a briefcase.  The "Brick" was early/mid '80's as I recall.
