This is just good 'ole fashion capitalism.  Yeah, somebody got screwed, so what?  Nobody forced them to invest in the doomed investments.  Sure they encouraged them to as their advisers.  So just go pick a new adviser, you got screwed.

So what? It's against SEC rules to make material misrepresentations regarding the assets you are selling.
