Exactly.  The patio would be the main attraction (like the Mont).

Employees would have to wear hard-hats to avoid dieing from falling debris and bricks.  You could probably build two new buildings for what it would cost to restore to functioning condition.

I've always said that if I got really rich (ya know $100+mil jackpot lottery) I would want to buy it, restore, and then repaint the dome to another color for a little while just to mess with everyone.

Candy Bar, Majestic, Flytrap, and a couple of others do, as well (with exceptions on certain nights).

I never go there anymore due to the smoke so not sure if they still do, but Arnie's charges a cover on nights they have bands after about 7pm or so.
