We maintain a corporate apt. at "The Mansions" at 98th(ish) and Riverside.

Seems well maintained and clean.   Rents are a little high for what you get, but it is gated, has trash pickup, all the things you would expect for the money.

I've been in a few apartments at the Mansions and I wouldn't call them nice. Especially for being fairly new, they've not been maintained well. The EIFS wil start to wear off soon enough.

I'd take my old, 1960s-era apartment in Riverview over that any day of the week.

I thought you were moving to Dallas at one point.  Did that fall through?
