I've never seen that crowd hanging out at the XYZ bar...the few times I went it looked like the jersey shore.

Parts of that movie are very funny.

There are reasonable disagreements as to what should happen with that space, but anything is better than what's there.  It's depressing to see.

A couple of months ago I was there and thought the same thing...made me think of depressing 70's movies.
