My ex lives down the block from the assclown who tried to run over the landlord.  Apparently she's had problems with the mother parking in the yard and the kid and has had words with the mother (no surprise, why do you think she's my ex?).  She said they moved in and just let the yard and house go.  No wonder the LL wants them out.
