The principal is a neat lady.
neat?  That doesn't even describe the type of person Cindi is.  My three older kids went there for the entirety of their elementary school years, with the exception of the last half of my middle daughters last year.  When she graduated from the school she transferred to, Cindi showed up baring gifts.  My daughter had been a bit of a problem child, and had spent a lot of time in her office.  During that time my daughter had spent a lot of time playing with a tea set that was in her office.  This set was one of the gifts, because she knew my daughter was so attached to it.  I belief there was also a card with a $20 bill in it.  This last spring the same daughter was in the hospital with a ruptured appendix, and Cindi took the time to make sure she came to the hospital to see her former student.  She is really a great principal (though I do disagree with some of her religious undertones) that truly cares about her students.

Perhaps "neat" is subjective.

I was very impressed with the work she does.

hehe, sorry, I just think she goes above and beyond, and thought that neat was a little subpar for her.
