Russian to build scale model of downtown Tulsa!

Anyone know how close Devon Tower is to topping out.  I was noticing it as i was leaving OKC this morning and it's most certainly the most prominent building in the downtown skyline now.

I believe it's around 700 feet right now, so about 150 fert to go right now. It is an amazing building.

The one on the right now has "Joyce Law Firm" on the outside of it (google earth). I recognize it from when Mays Drug/Drug Warehouse had the area down stairs where the sidewalk level skylight is.

The Williams Technology Center is now known as City Hall at One Techonolgy Center or something along those lines.  Basically it is City Hall.
