There was a builders supply discount store located on Yale around 49th street. It was behind the red lobster. Does anyone know where it moved to?

No earthly idea, I'd forgotten it was there.  What kind of materials did they have or what are you looking for?  The Habitat Re-store at 12th & Norwood is a good place

I go there from time to time. The store I'm looking for had new items. Items were overstock, bulk purchases and the like. Doors, windows, door knobs, sinks, cabinets, electrical supplies, fixtures, carpet. Items like that.
I'm flipping another house and looking for a discount builders supply store. That was a great place to pick up materials at 25% to 40% off retail.

Ah, try BMFO (Building Material Factory Outlet) on 41st one block west of Memorial.  Across the side street from the Caravan parking lot.  It's owned by Mill Creek and it's true over-stock and close-out not stuff claimed as such and sold at Lowe's or HD's prices.  They sell framed doors & windows, all sorts of cabinetry, tub and shower units, vanities, flooring, lighting, even reconditioned chainsaws when I was there one time.  I think this is exactly what you are looking for.

Ask for Tracy.

That place is great. They even have oak crown and other high end additives at substantial savings.

I never heard of it of such a place- However,  I wish Tulsa had those "Mennards" lumber & home centers they have everything and are much cheaper than Home Depot & Lowes. Thy have huge selections of doors & windows, they have light fixutes of every kind & price range. They have twice the lumber of both Lowes & Home Depot combined.
